Bad hotel
"The hotel was terrible, messy. Cigarettes smoking all over. The receptionist was not helpful. We really did not able to stay. We left and did not stay, looked around for another hotel which was far better. We tried to cancel, but it was not allowed."

"room 217 water tap is twisted to outside the basin area. the rod for shower head is broken, gets detached easily."
