"The hotel was very close -less than 5 minute walk- from the ChangChun Metro Line 2 NanKwan Station so it was very good for guests to make access to most tour points. But most staffs didn't seem to know how to do their work. I made the reservation and paid all including breakfasts in Korea 13 days before the arrival at the hotel. "Worst five star and shangri la ive ever stayed at. 1. The reception area smells like the same air freshness many toilets in malls use. Five star hotels shouldn't be using toxic cancer air freshners. 2. The chinese restaurant was good, but one could smell the toxic cancer causing air freshners used in mall toilets. 3.
