"The cabin was absolutely cozy! The owners were very friendly and Duane actually met me at a local gas station to get me there! The views are spectacular, there’s no light pollution. It’s well maintained and offers a truly peaceful retreat! I would highly recommend this place! And I really appreciated that they allowed my cat to come with me!! I will definitely come back!!!"

"The cabin was clean, and the air conditioning great. It rained but the covered deck made it possible to sit outside and relish in the beautiful views of the river. We saw an eagle fly overhead and land in a tree across the river. Was quite surprised that there wasn't more wildlife. Spiders (brown recluse and others) and wasps were a bit of a nuisance, the deck and outside area could use a good sweeping. Overall...it was just what we needed, a nice place to kick back, relax and enjoy the...

"Everything was great, clean, in working order and just a wonderful getaway. It’s just a few minutes drive to the Salt Fork State park one way and the opposite way is a well stocked little grocery store, a good burger joint and a deli that makes tasty sandwiches. "

"This was exactly what we need for a disconnect and rest!! Very quite and secluded. Morning coffee whatching and listening to the birds was amazing. Only thing i wish we would have done was had more time to book it for 2 nights. Tammy was an amazing hostess, great communication from booking it all the way to checking out. Definitely will be returning in the future. "
