"This is a very simple, low budget hotel, but I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone, from the cleaners, to the front desk staff, to management, was incredibly helpful and warm. The Manager, in particular, was especially helpful and warm. At the last minute, he arranged a driver/guide for me to tour Gaur and Adina. During the tour, he called me to make sure that everything was going well! When I tried to offer a commission on the tour, he refused. Malda is not a very tourist oriented town;...
