Stoneridge C41AB has thirty-two steps leading in, is multi-level, offers
internet access, and is pet friendly. This standard-rated unit sleeps ten. The
entry level features a living room with a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace,
along with a fully functional kitchen and a dining room that seats six.
One bedroom includes a king bed, TV, and an attached full bath. The second
bedroom has a double bed and a TV, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed,
a daybed/trundle, and a flat-screen TV. These rooms share a full bath.
Upstairs, the loft bedroom features a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and another
full bath.
Stoneridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community
and is within walking distance to the slopes, weather permitting. There is a
small deck with a view of the slopes, although it does not offer a grill.
Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on
location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on-site
within the communities.
All homes in The Villages include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer
(laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living
room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included)
and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and
toilet tissue.
During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis, basketball
courts and the two community pools. In addition, all condo guests are welcome
to utilize the RESORT'S main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations
required).
_**(NOTE : The hot tubs at the Stoneridge community are only for the
homeowners and are not available for guest use). **_However, all resort condo
rental guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools.
During the winter months, select condo rentals in various communities are ski-
in/ski-out _**(WEATHER PERMITTING)**_. All communities offer shuttle service
year-round to the main resort.

to sunny summer days, it is always the best time to plan a vacation to Seven
Springs. This winter, ski & ride the expertly groomed slopes and top-rated
terrain parks by day or join us under a blanket of stars with a refreshing

take a swing at the mini golf course, try your hand at axe throwing at the
Foggy Goggle Axe House, or unwind with a swim at our indoor pool. During the
summer months, there are endless ways to explore the mountain. Zip through
treetops, mine for sparkling gems, hike and bike miles of trails, or climb to
new heights on our rock wall. For those looking for a restful escape year-
round, relax and unwind with our services and treatments at the Trillium Spa.

A little deceptive as it was not one but two conjoined facilities.
Air-conditioning was crazy the main bedroom had 5 vents in it.
The loft bedroom was wide open and no air maid it to this bedroom.
Other oddities as well.
May be fine for a skiing vacation but not a summer getaway.

I believe we where given the wrong room. The place only had 2 bathrooms not the three in the listing, and while it said 3 bedrooms plus loft, it was only two bedrooms plus the loft. And one bedroom was basically a mattress on the floor in a closet.I reached out about this and was told that I was given the correct room and the listing was right. I had to send them videos of the location before they'd take it seriousl
