Asked for an early check in at the last minute and they were able to accommodate even though they couldn't guarantee it. Respect. Very nice hotel for the money.

My first time staying at the I Hotel and I will definitely stay here again! The hotel lobby was very spacious; plenty of space to sit and relax. My room was very clean and spacious. The staff were great! I only stayed one night so did not get a chance to eat at the restaurant or take advantage of the amenities.

I always look forward to staying at the I when visiting my daughter at UIUC. It is convenient, and the rooms, the lobby, and the whole facility are beautifully designed and very well managed.

Only problem was the restaurant was severely understaffed the night I ate there and people had been waiting for hours for their food. But the waitress running ragged was keeping a great attitude about it all. It was refreshing. I have eaten there before without an issue.

The breakfast had very limited options. The restaurant had live music, but it was so noisy and loud to the rooms facing the restaurant. Do not recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised for this to be on campus and a convention hotel. Top notch , clean, friendly atmosphere and staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Only bummers were that the restaurant was closed on Sundays (our arrival day) and that there is no pool (which we knew...just a minor bummer). Overall, a great value stay with great people and a convenient location. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is modern, with a very high-end vibe, and yet very affordable. I stumbled across it looking for a place to stay as we passed by along I-57. I have grown weary of traffic noise at the chain hotels and was looking for something far from the highway. I was amazed at how lovely this place is. So quiet (probably won't be on game nights, though), and so elegant. Comfy bed, great room, Starbucks coffee in the room, a little refrigerator, and nice free breakfast in the attached restaurant (hot breakfast wraps, real oatmeal, fresh berries, yogurt, bagels, pastries, coffee, juice, etc.).
