Positives: Staff are fantastic, place is very clean, transport links are great. Negatives: very noisy, rooms facing the road is almost impossible to sleep due to people arriving all night and the noise from the road through the windows and balcony door.

Komfortable Unterkunft an super Lage
Online-Check-in war sehr effizient, Code fürs Parking sowie Zimmernummer wurden am Anreisetag per SMS mitgeteilt. Die Wohnung und auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage direkt neben dem Bahnhof und einer Bushaltestelle ist perfekt für Aktivitäten in der Region. Der Pool ist etwas klein, mehr zum Planschen als zum Schwimmen.

Ok for 1 night
The hotel was ok and fine for 1 night, we wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer. It was a bit grubby in places and the bathrooms would have benefited from some mould spray. We had a dreadful nights sleep, the mattress was so thin, there were no spare pillows. Also the room was incredibly hot and as we were on the ground floor we couldn’t leave the patio doors open, for safety, and there were no windows to open. The electricity went off during the night when our youngest went to the toilet. Breakfast was ok but very over priced. The pool was nice, but freezing, and the whole pool area could do with a good clean.

I found hair pieces on the corners of the room. Also i was charged extra for cleaning service that I expected to be part of the booking charge.

Ideal zum Wandern am Mont Blanc.
Schönes Appartment mit kompletter Küchenausstattung. Leider etwas laut, weil das Zimmer zur Durchgangsstrasse lag und Fenster nicht schalldicht waren. Klimaanlage vorhanden, aber mit Geräuschentwicklung. Schöner warmer Pool, leider nur bis 19:00 Uhr. Wellness kostet extra. Lage ideal zum Bahnhof max. 2 min mit schneller Bahnverbindugn in das gesamte Tal.

Pleasing Experience
It was great overall, breakfast was delicious. The only thing I didn't like that much was the limited towels they gave, and asking 8EUR for an extra set of towels, and also the small bedroom was REALLY SMALL - for 2 kids not for 2 adults, which I didn't know. But overall OK.

We stayed for one night during September when having a break from TMB due to bad weather and I could not fault the place. Super friendly and helpful reception staff. They allowed us early check-in, helped with ordering bread delivery. Laundry facilities on site, comfy and clean apartment, nice pool area. We were well rested to continue on TMB. Thank you!

Très bon séjour
Résidence récente bien équipée. Un peu éloignée du centre de chamonix, mais très accessible avec le train et le bus. Parking en sous sol, wifi efficient et service de boulangerie le matin bien pratique. Le personnel est très aimable.

Hyggelig betjening og imøtekommende. Rommet ser klart bedre ut på bildene enn i virkeligheten. Meget harde senger. Om du har ryggplager bør du ikke bestille her. Du leier i praksis en leilighet som du må ordne selv. Ikke eksisterende Wi-Fi som er poengtert ved flere andre anmeldelser. Dette burde være selvfølge i 2020!! Vedrørende kjøkkenutstyr mangler det ex stekespade og stekepannene er skjeve. Fint vedrørende parkering og skibod. Lett iht kommunikasjon til bakker og by. Kan bestilles baguetter til egen frokost i resepsjonen. Obs: du må selv vaske etter deg og ha inspeksjon. Dette burde vært inkluderende i prisen.

Chambres modernes et propres, déjeuner bon également. Piscine très agréable. Penser à prendre des chaussures et un peignoir pour aller à la piscine car l’hotel N’en fournit pas et il fait froid dans le couloir. L’alarme incendie s’est enclenchée à 5h du matin...fausse alerte heureusement, mais du coup c’etait moyen pour le repos de nos jeunes enfants et nous-mêmes...! Lors du check-out j’ai demandé s’ils allaient faire un geste, car aucune explication ni excuse ne nous ont été données sur cette alarme et le réceptionniste m’a dit qu’il fallait parler avec la direction. J’ai évidemment accepté, et le responsable n’était pas très content de la demande, me disant qu’il préférait des fausses alertes plutôt que tout l’hôtel brûle (je ne vois pas très bien le rapport avec ma demande)... il a néanmoins fini par nous offrir un rabais de 50% sur le déjeuner, c’est au moins un geste de principe. Dans l’ensemble très bien pour notre groupe de 13 personnes et nous y retournerions.
