The Space:

With direct access to skiing, climbing and hiking, as well as a short stroll down the hill to the centre of Chamonix itself, the apartment is one of 6 apartments in an old traditional townhouse, and has spectacular views from the lounge and balcony overlooking Chamonix and facing Mont Blanc & the Aiguille du Midi.



The open plan living room is attractively furnished and benefits from a breakfast bar in the kitchen and a large corner sofa (with double sofabed) and armchair in the lounge area. There is also a table and chairs on the balcony too. The kitchen has a full size oven, hob and and fridge freezer, plus Nespresso coffee machine. For entertainment there is a Sony music system with bluetooth connectivity and you can enjoy the full cinema film experience with a projector and screen which is fitted into the ceiling. WiFi internet is provided and there is French & some international TV channels and access to Netflix.



The bedroom has a double bed with open shelving, hanging space and drawers under the bed. The bathroom has a shower, sink, & WC, hair dryer plus a washing machine and separate clothes dryer.



Outside there is communal parking for the building (6 spaces). There is a communal ski room or room on the balcony to store your skis.

And a few minutes walk down the hill and you are right in the heart of Chamonix itself where you will find the tourist office, Maison des Guides, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.. The apartment benefits from spectacular views over the town and across to Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi too. To access other areas of the valley, you can catch the bus from the bottom of the hill by the town centre (Arret Chamonix centre).

The ski room is communal with the other 5 apartments in the building.
