There was everything we were looking for to enjoy our accomodation in full way. Perfect place where to stay if you want to be near to centre.

Perfect apartment

Our 4th stay at Cordee and not our last. The apartment has all you need for a couple staying two weeks. Les Praz is quiet, away from the Chamonix centre clamour but close enough to walk down the river path to the shops. Easy access to trails from the door, with bus stop and train nearby if needed.

Fantastic!

The apartment was in a really good location and the facilities were great. Swimming pool was empty each time we went in and the views were amazing! The walk to town was short and scenic by the river. The only downside for us, was it didn’t have a washing machine which would have been handy for us with 2 young children.

High quality accommodation

Wonderful flat in a lovely location - just a 20 min scenic walk into chamonix or 10 mins to village of les praz. The complex at la cordee is stunning. You will not get a better view from any swimming pool, I guarantee it! Our activity highlights were white water rafting, hiking up to lac blanc and taking the Aiguille de midi cable car to view beautiful Mont Blanc.

Sauna is ok, but the water in the showers is not really cold and it didn't come out much. We cool down in the garden. Gym is good. Garagedoor is opening very slow

Simply fantastic

Combining the luxury of the hotel to the peace of mind of an apartment. Spa/fitness/pool was a super add on for the evenings after the mountains. Location was super as it was far from the center but not too far. Everything was very clean. Instructions were perfect for a smoothless checking. + Closed Garage = Warm car in the morning, no snow cleaning + Ski and boot storing area + Fast internet + All you need for the kitchen

Xmas 2022

We stayed in 412 over Christmas and New Year. The apartment was great with a well equipped kitchen, great shower and comfortable beds (inc sofa bed). Having lift passes ready and skis delivered to us in the apartment was an added bonus. We would be very happy to recommend the apartment. We had an issue with the WiFi which took several days to resolve. The pre-stay information told us that there was a washing machine in the apartment which there was not, it would have been really helpful to have been told that there was one on site. A piste map, a list of local facilities and transport options would have been ideal.

Quality apartment in quiet area

Have stayed here several times and would rebook if visiting Chamonix again. Nice to be in Les Praz away from the busy town centre yet only a short walk away along the river. Ideally located for hiking trails, nice lake behind complex if you just want a day lazing and good public transport links. The local roads and direct paths to the river can be confusing but once you know the short cuts they make getting to and from town/bus stops/train station very easy.

Lovely modern apartment with great amenities

This is lovely apartment a short 15 min walk from Chamonix town center. Great spa facilities - Hammam, jacuzzi, pool, gym. The interiors are modern with high quality appliances and furniture. Would gladly recommend to others.

Exzellente Unterkunft 3

Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen und hochwertig eingerichteten, ausgesprochen gemütlichen und vor allem sehr sauberen Appartement. Der schön gestaltete Wellnessbereich lädt nach langen Ausflügen zum Entspannen ein. Unser Auto konnten wir in der Tiefgarage parken und hätten somit auch bei schlechtem Wetter einen komfortablen Zugang gehabt. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt absolut genießen können. Die Wohnung mit ihrer sonnenverwöhnten Terrasse und dem Blick auf den Mont Blanc sind wirklich fantastisch, die Wandermöglichkeiten sowie Chamonix als Stadt sind vielfältig, sodass wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen werden.

A very comfortable apartment in wonderful surroundings

The apartment itself is very well furnished: a comfortable bed, a functional, well-equipped kitchenette, a beautiful balcony with afternoon sun etc.. In the small and very quiet apartment complex there is also a modern equipped wellness area exclusively for the guests: yoga room, fitness equipment, a small boulder hall, a swimming pool with whirlpool and a sauna. Everything is clean, we felt very comfortable. An ideal location also for the autumn holiday to tackle the numerous attractions and hikes around Chamonix and the ubiquitous Mont Blanc. The city centre of Chamonix can be reached on foot in 15 minutes via a beautiful flat path, by car or bicycle it is even faster.

Great base for a short stay

Nice clean apartment, ideal for two. Well located to access many trails and a short walk into Chamonix. Gym and spa for times when weather was not great or post run/hike.

We spent a lovely week in a cocooning flat . It was very clean and comfortable. The property is near the downtown but the place stay very quiet A good opportunity to spend a very good holiday at chamonix thanks chamonix all year

Got it all

This is a beautiful little apartment in an ideal location. The apartment is well equipped and all of the furnishings and equipment are top end in keeping with the property. If you demand high standards you will not be disappointed. The pool, hot tub, sauna etc in the complex is a huge bonus and most welcome after a day on the slopes. Location is good with Le Praz just 5-10 minutes walk and a great little apres ski bar. My wife sets a high bar when looking for accommodation and she absolutely loved it. Would we return here? In a minute. Loved it.
