Contemporary Luxury Mountain Retreat

  • Esta casa de campo del siglo XIX ha sido renovada para ofrecer a los huéspedes una experiencia alpina única. El confort, la comodidad y el lujo fueron claves en el diseño de este refugio de montaña: muros de piedra originales, calefacción por suelo radiante y materiales de lujo. Las ventanas del piso al techo y los múltiples tragaluces ofrecen una vista incomparable del Mont-Blanc, la Aiguille du Midi, el glaciar Taconnaz y el valle de Chamonix.

    El Chalet se compone de una casa principal con capacidad para 14 personas. También tiene un estudio de un dormitorio, con sala de estar y cocina, que brinda la oportunidad de dormir hasta 4 personas más (un total de 18 personas pueden dormir en el chalet y el estudio). Las habitaciones de 3 a 8 tienen acceso directo a un jardín. Hay una gran terraza de madera con jacuzzi al aire libre y sauna, a la que se accede a través de la antigua cueva que tiene una ducha y una cama de masaje.

    El chalet principal ofrece las siguientes comodidades:

        Tiene capacidad para hasta 14 personas,

            6 dormitorios se pueden arreglar como dos camas individuales o como una cama doble,

        Jacuzzi y sauna (listos para diciembre de 2012),

        Sala de estar con chimenea y reproductor de DVD,
        Baño,

Stylish chalet in the heart of Chamonix

This eight room chalet is located centrally and with excellent access to all attractions in the beautiful village of Chamonix. The interior is stylish and facilities in the kitchen, sauna, jacuzzi etc is all in excellent shape. We would love to come back to this magic place!

Paradise in Chamonix

We really enjoyed our time here. Its walking distance from the shops, bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and the sauna and jacuzzi were wonderful after a day of activities. The kitchen was fantastic with two fridges, ovens, dishwashers,sinks and a big island. Andreea was amazing as our host. Highly recommend!

Amazing chalet for a big group

8 en suite bedrooms and a gorgeous kitchen and living room. Highly recommend for a group of friends. A walk to the bus stop and a decent journey to the major ski lifts, but a worthy compromise for such a great house! And the hosts were super accommodating for check in and check out.

A Wedding Retreat To Remember!

The location is close enough to town to easily get to food and activities, but far enough away for relative privacy. We did have a couple of issues during the trip unrelated to the chalet, but Carmen was incredible and timely in her responses to make sure we had the best stay possible. A note, it can get a bit warm during the day if there is a heatwave, so plan on using the fans! Our guests really enjoyed the space, and we were able to have a very lovely time celebrating our wedding. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was fabulous! The host was accomodating of our late arrival (and sent videos of how to operate the coffe machine/ hot tube/ sauna) and very quick to reply when we had questions. We were a multigeneral group of 11 so having main floor bedrooms for some of our older guests was helpful. The large number of bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, allowed us to really spread out and have privacy when we wanted it but also hade large enough communal spaces for when we all wanted to be together. The kitchen was fully stocked (with pans/ plates/ tools) allowing us to enjoy a home cooked meal everyday. We were here in the summer and loved the view and the walkability to town. We're hoping to schedule a trip in the winter to enjoy the skiing.

A fantastic rental!

13 friends enjoyed Original Chalet for a week in late June. Carmen and Andreea were responsive with any questions we had before we arrived. Carmen arranged for a Chef's dinner our first night so we we could relax in the Chalet without cooking and cleaning. I would highly recommend that! Andreea gave us a tour of the house when we arrived and stopped by midweek to see if we needed anything. The house is clean, large and comfortable. Each bedroom has a full modern bathroom. the hot tub and sauna were fun and we used them often throughout the week. The kitchen has everything we needed (and more!) to cook large dinners. I would recommend this chalet for families, friends and business retreats. Finally, the Chamonix experience is excellent. The town is set up for tourists, the shopkeepers and restaurants are friendly. The hiking and stunning views are the best in the world! Many thanks for a great week!

Voor de tweede keer en weer een feest om hier te verblijven

Met onze (klein) kinderen hebben we voor de tweede keer een week gelogeerd in dit heerlijk huis. Op loopafstand van het centrum van Chamonix en met uitzicht op de mont blanc! De ruime, luxe , en verzorgde kamers, maakten dat iedereen zich op zijn gemak voelde. De volledige inventaris maakte dat er nergens gebrek aan was. De ontvangst en communicatie was hartelijk. Bij vragen werd er meteen gereageerd. Er zou wat klein onderhoud gepleegd moeten worden aan de buitenkant van het huis, maar dat stond ons heerlijke verblijf zeker niet in de weg. We hebben een fantastische week gehad. Dank daarvoor!

Bon emplacement proche centre ville

Séjour agréable en famille, bonne situation à deux pas du centre ville de Chamonix. Belle vue depuis le Jacuzzi sur le Montblanc.

Chalet idéalement situé à Chamonix. Très belle maison, très bien équipée, tout est encore mieux qu’en photos. Jacuzzi avec vue. Parfait pour des retrouvailles en famille ou entre amis. Accueil parfait ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Une belle parenthèse en haute montagne

Le logement est spacieux pour 14 avec beaucoup de charme, des prestations haut de gamme, un emplacement idéal avec un accès au centre ville à pied et une vue juste magique, au top depuis le jacuzzi! L'accueil avec champagne et petits fours est à la hauteur de la location. Un grand merci à Giulia pour sa prévenance et sa gentillesse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, bienvenu en cette période post-COVID!

Top huis

Eindelijk een huis gevonden die voldoet voor een grote familie. Prachtige slaapkamers met eigen douche, fantastische keuken met grote inductiekookplaat en goed kookgerei. Mensen zijn toppie. Nadeel is kleine tuin doordat grote jacuzzi veel ruimte inneemt. En dan het uitzicht op de Mont Blanc!

Excellence facility for extended family

Amazing view, great location within Chamonix and easy access to the main roads in the area. The facility itself contain all the components needs to makes our stay comfort and pleasant. We also required accessibility to disabled person and it was good as well (only for entrance floor). Highly recommended chalet.

Great chalet in beautiful Chamonix

Outstanding chalet! Great location, walking to town center, walking to hiking trails. Spacious, en-suite bathrooms in all bedroom providing excellent privacy. Large common area, living room and kitchen. Ample parking space. Beautiful views. Sauna and Jacuzzi for relaxing after a long hiking day.
