With a floor area of 90 m², this detached home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering all the space and comfort needed to warmly accommodate up to 7 guests. Nestled in a quiet setting, surrounded by greenery and just a stone’s throw from the Arve River, it offers a magnificent, unobstructed view of the Mont Blanc massif (including the Aiguille du Goûter), the Aiguilles Rouges range, and the Glacier du Tour. As for its location, the Balme ski area is just a 5-minute walk away, in both summer and winter.

The sleeping area is perfectly designed for everyone’s comfort. Two bedrooms each feature a large double bed (160x200) for restful nights. The third bedroom is ideal for children or a group of friends, equipped with a single bed (90x200) and two bunk beds (90x190). Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The chalet features two bathrooms and a hair dryer. The kitchen, fully equipped for preparing delicious meals, includes an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, an espresso machine, and a citrus juicer. For your fun-filled evenings, you’ll enjoy a raclette machine, a fondue pot, a soapstone wood-burning stove, and a foosball table. For added comfort, especially during longer stays, there’s a washing machine and a dryer and a fan are also provided. You’ll stay connected thanks to the fiber-optic Wi-Fi available in the unit. You can access the unit independently using a lockbox. Pets are not allowed in the property.
