This home is the smaller version of Le Vignal 1 and is built right next to it.
Large and spacious living room with a sitting area, TV, dining area, and open-concept kitchen.
Electric heating is available.
The kitchen features a spacious refrigerator, gas stove, and microwave.
In the basement, there is also a small dishwasher and washing machine.
Bedrooms: 1 with a 1.80 m box spring.
1 with a 1.40 m double bed.
The bathroom has a shower and sink.
There is a separate toilet.
A crib, high chair, and baby bathtub can be provided for the baby.
You are responsible for providing your own sheets and towels.
The patio is covered and fenced, offering plenty of privacy.
There is plenty of patio furniture around the pool, which can be enclosed. You'll share the pool with the guests staying at Vignal 1, and it's open from June 1 through September 30.
