"Habitación incómoda y menos limpia de lo que debeería ser. Buena ubicación del hotel, pero esa es la única ventaja que tiene. Solo recomendable si necesitas ir por lo barato. "

"Friendly welcome and he showed me around and answered all our questions. It was a quiet and comfortable stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable and it had a nice big shower with warm water. The continental breakfast was awesome. Fresh made breads and meats and a hard boiled egg, yogurt, juice and coffee. Everything was delivered to our table with great service and a friendly staff. "Stayed here overnight on our way to Austria. As soon as we arrived we were given a very warm welcome by Damien, the owner. He helped us with our bags to a beautiful room with stunning view of the surrounding forests and a herd of deer. We dined at a great restaurant in the nearby village. Next morning we were served a lovely breakfast by Sophie(Damien’s Wife). This is a beautiful place to stay and the hosts are so welcoming and helpful….highly recommend."

"Premium Kamer is echt netjes en mooi. Echter het hotel zegt op hun eigen site dat alle kamers zicht hebben op het meer. Zicht op is een breed begrip. Wel zicht op een bouwplaats aangezien de wellness nog niet klaar is. Restaurant is prima beetje aan de prijs maar goed waar is dat niet tegenwoordig."

"Two day spa stay in Clerveaux on our way to Cologne. Although the hotel is in need of a full renovation, the staff was courteous and the SPA was first class. "

"Het eten in het restaurant was uitstekend.Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk.Burg-Reuland is een mooie streek om te wandelen. Badkamer is klein om je te kleden. Negatief was dat je in de kamers langs het zwembad gewoon geen internet hebt.In het hoofd gebouw heb je wel internet."
