The place was fine for a couple of nights

Comfy beds, good air con, enough space. The kids liked the bunk beds. Doesn’t look that much like the photos, things aren’t as bright and clean and furniture has been moved and changed since they were taken. It’s missing a few basics that we had to get like a dish brush, laundry liquid, pegs, but has enough kitchen thjngs and over all was fine for a short stay.

Disappointing

Bed linen, pillows, duvet and towels were of a very poor standard....disappointing considering the high two person tariff for one night. No instructions for using the TV and no connection cord for the DVD player....finally sorted after contacting owner. On the positive side, the house was warm and clean with a workable kitchen and close to shops and restaurants. Bathroom was functional with bath and ample hotwater. Laundry lacked a dryer which precluded us from doing a much needed clothes wash. Although this is an old home on a busy road, much more could have been done in presenting this property to improve the guest's comfort and overall experience and encourage repeat business.

Disappointing

Lounge, needs replacing, sitting on springs , windows furnishings dreadful, towels very thin, no bathmat, no tea towels No top sheet on single or double beds. House has no street appeal, photos on website look nothing like the interior. Yard dreadful, would not reccomend it Dreadful traffic noise, could not sleep

Divine

Perfect little cottage. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. Location is great for wineries and attractions and for those attending concerts and events, the cottage is located on the Rover coaches bus route. Would recommend staying here.

Overall a nice stay, the property is kept clean and tidy however the furnishings vary from the listed photos. The traffic noise is also loud from the main road throughout the night

Short break

House was good we all fitted comfortably. Air con worked well to heat the house. Linen and kitchen good. The only negative was the traffic noise. Very happy with everything in the house. Enjoyed our stay.

Students HV trip

Great central location to explore area from. Wonderful entertainment area to enjoy. We had coffee every morning outside and listened to birds in trees while planning our day. Once inside our disabled daughter was able to manoeuvre around independently. Owners were great with communication and house was set up with folders to give local area guidance. Very clean and functional house with a fenced yard that our companion dog enjoyed exploring
