Panorama increible, instalaciones deficientes
El estado general de las instalaciones del hotel no estan al día, hay fisuras en los pisos del baño, la regadera esta anclada a una sola posición, el WCno funciona correctamente. Naturalmente acudíal personal, pero para un viaje de dos noches no me es posible esperar a que reparen los daños. El Wi-Fi solamente fucniona en algunas zona s de la habitación y no para todos los tipos de dsipositivos, para el Ipad nunca funcionó

Très bel hôtel. Magnifiquement situé avec une belle vue sur le Lac de Côme. Nous recommandons vivement. Very nice hotel. Beautifully located with a lovely view of Lake Como. We highly recommend.

The hotel location is stunning with fantastic views of lake como. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable. However the customer service really let this place down and was not what I would have expected from a hotel such as this. The hotel maintained that it had a bar service, but each day when we wanted to get some drinks, we had to try and find staff as they were not at the bar and we were always made to feel like an inconvenience. We were also told by the front desk that busses stopped at 6.30pm into Como and that we would be able to get a taxi from the centre. However this wasn't the case, we went for dinner in como and wanted to return to the hotel for about 9pm (so not late). We called every taxi number and couldn't get through, waited at the taxi rank for 40 minutes with no taxis running and when we rang the hotel to ask what to do they basically said that we would have to wait and there was nothing they could do. In the end, we nearly had to get another hotel in como for the night as we had absolutely no idea how to get home and there was minimal help from the hotel. Eventually the hotel said they would ring a taxi company for us to find out what was going on and by sheer luck we were able to flag a taxi down to share with another couple. This ruined our experience somewhat and I'm not sure we would therefore return.

Passe tres etroit pour arriver a l hotel mais une fois posé la voiture , c est parfait , 15 minutes a pied du port , un peu plus poue la remontée, si vous n avez pas de probleme de marche , c est ideal. Petite piscine qui surplombe, dejeuner avec vue panoramique, que demander de plus (petite astuce de parking a 100 metre celui ci est gratuit)

Nous avons demandé une chambre vue sur le lac. Nous l’avons eu, belle vue. La chambre été toute petite, mais c’était propre. Le personnel parle français et anglais. Nous avons été vraiment incommodé par le fait que l’hôtel organisait un mariage le même soir que notre réservation. Personne ne nous a prévenu, la musique été forte et nous a empêcher de dormir jusque tard le soir. J’aurais aimé être prévenu.

If you are a tourist from another country and don’t have own ride, this is not the place for you. Staff at the front desk was not of any help for the areas near by. Pool closes at 7, not very convenient. Won’t be staying here again.

Thank you for the review that can help improve our service and we are sorry for what happened. Unfortunately, the hotel, as indicated in the site, is not located in the center of Cernobbio, but is about 1 km away. Our staff always advise on arrival, that you are not in possession of a car, you can reach the center by bus (the stop is in front of the parking lot) by taxi or on foot. Also, as advised, unfortunately the local taxi company is not always available, but alternatively you can contact the taxi company of Como. Also, as reported several times from our reception during your stay, unfortunately, we can not organize the taxi service if at the time of request you are not inside the hotel, but at another undefined point at the center of Cernobbio. There are the rules of the taxi company.We always try to help our customers as much as possible, even if the taxi service is not our responsibility and is not our service. Our swiming pool is open from 9.0 to 19.00 times that everyone respects since from 19.30 we open our terrace for dinner. Best regardsHotel Asnigo Staff

Clean and modern hotel with friendly staff. Room had a stunning view of Lake Como and was a comfortable size. The location of the hotel was slightly inconvenient with little to no taxis and the buses stopped at around 18:30, so had to walk to and from the hotel a few times which does consist of some steep hills. Overall though it was a lovely stay and would return.

Dette hotel har en fantastisk beliggenhed med smuk udsigt over Como søen, i et roligt område. Lige hvad vi søgte. Restauranten overraskede os, yderst positivt. Vi fik en udsøgt middag, som var perfekt tilberedt med afstemte smage og smukt præsenteret. Da vi ankom, var receptionisten ikke tilstede, og vi ledte af flere omgange efter ham, men til sidst dukkede han da op og vi fik nøglen til vores værelse. Værelset var imidlertid virkelig ildelugtende. Om det var røg, eller dårlig lugt efter en tidligere gæst, er svært at sige. (vi havde bestilt ikke-ryger værelse, som receptionen senere forsikrede os om at alle værelser var ikke-ryger værelser) Værelset var dog gjort rent. Ved henvendelse til receptionen, fik vi dog øjeblikkeligt udleveret nøglen til et andet værelse. Det nye værelse var pænt og rent, om end det var småt. Men det svarede i hvert tilfælde hvad vi havde bestilt. Selvom vi havde betalt en temmelig heftig pris for vores overnatning, og begrundede den i beliggenheden og det annoncerede rimelig gode standard, kostede ALT penge. Det være sig en flaske almindeligt vand på værelset, parkering til 18 euro i et nærliggende parkeringshus, leje af håndklæder til den ellers yderst velbeliggende pool osv. Det var tydeligt at mest muligt var sparet væk, og selve morgenmad buffet’en var underbemandet, og kun en person til at holde det hele i gang, hvilket betød at tjeneren havde travlt og konstant var bagud med at opfylde mad på buffet’en og rydde op på borde efter gæster.

This place is great. We got a room with a balcony and it was amazing! The breakfast and staff were both excellent! The pool was perfect to relax and enjoy the wonderful view. Cab ride from Como $30 and far walk to get anywhere but if you want a chill and relaxing stay somewhere far from stress, this is a perfect spot!

Das Hotel liegt etwa 15min zu Fuss vom Seeufer entfernt und ist daher sehr gut erreichbar. Das Abendessen war sensationell und die Aussicht unbezahlbar. Wir waren mit unserem Hund 2 Nächte da Vom Hotel aus aufwerts kommt man in einen Wald mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Spatzieren.
