Once you arrive under the building, after parking in the condominium area, you just need to take the keys where indicated and enter the delightful building.

Two very short flights of stairs separate you from your destination. On the first floor without a lift, you will find your apartment immediately in front of you.

Once you cross the threshold, a quick access panel to the free WiFi will allow you to immediately feel at home.

From here, on your left you will find the bright living area consisting of an equipped kitchen and living room.

Longer stays will not be a problem, having an oven, a hob, a fridge and freezer, a microwave oven and a Nespresso coffee pod machine at your disposal.

Some infusions of various essences are offered by the house.

A table with 4 seats completes the kitchen. Plates, cutlery, pots of various kinds as well as single-dose sachets of salt, sugar, vinegar and oil, find their place in the various compartments.

Here you will find a very comfortable two-seater sofa where you can relax in front of the FullHD Smart TV that will give you the possibility of accessing your Netflix or similar accounts.

Returning to the entrance, we now head to the sleeping area consisting of a bedroom with a Queen Size double bed, and a bunk bed with two other single places. Wardrobe and bedside tables are available to accommodate your luggage and personal effects.

Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets and towels are available for each bed.

The building is located in a raised area of ​​Ceriale, airy and very cool that maintains a ventilated climate. Nevertheless, the torrid summers are not scary for this apartment which has two high-performance air conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in the living room.

The last room that guests will find is the bathroom, furnished with complete ceramic sanitary ware, large mirror, hairdryer and bathtub.
