The residence has private direct access to the sea, ideal for divers, hikers, and nature lovers. Located 8 km from the Spanish border, it sits between Banyuls-sur-Mer and Cerbère.



A bus service, available 200 m from the residence, connects Cerbère to Perpignan, allowing you to explore the entire coast without a car.



The village is pedestrian-only for children’s safety. Cars are parked outside the village, subject to availability. Accessible parking spaces are right in front of our apartments; however, the pedestrian streets and occasional slopes may make walking difficult for guests with reduced mobility.



Please note: This apartment does not have Wi-Fi, but the village has good 5G coverage.



Cerbère is a 4-minute drive away, and Banyuls is 10 minutes by car.



The marine reserve is accessible by swimming from the residence. The marine trail is 300 m away, at Peyrefite beach.



In 2026, the residence will be at the heart of the nature reserve as part of its planned expansion to the Spanish border.
