"Perfect property for visiting nearby ski slopes. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had a great time and would stay here again if we come back to the area. Parking was busy directly outside property, but there were plenty of spaces in the main car park area. Communication was great before arrival and our questions were answered quickly."

"Good location, but everywhere in Zakopane seems to be easily walkable. The room was fine. Had a fridge and a balcony with a goid view. The breakfast was really good and the staff was nice."

"I loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality. Elizabeth is a lovely host and the Prosecco at breakfast on Saturday was a very nice touch! As was the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day. The breakfast was excellent and the lovely staff worked hard to keep it constantly replenished. My only observation is that it would be best to stay here with a car. "My score would be 8.0 (from 1 to 10). ADVANTAGES: new facilities, clean, iluminated and big room (we were 4 people and stayed at the top), breakfast included, kind staff, optional Jacuzzi and Sauna (additional fee) DISADVANTAGES: no one speak english at the hotel. 3km distance from nearest sky center (is ok if you drive a car, imposible to arrive there walking, just by car). Only cold breakfast: ham, cheese, bread, jam, cereals, milk, coffee, juice and if you are lucky egg ;)"

"Hele hotellet var nyoppusset og delikat. Alle vi møtte av personale var veldig imøtekommende og serviceinnstilte. Frokostbufféen var helt fantastisk :) Vi kom med bil og kunne velge mellom innendørs eller utendørs parkering mot avgift. Beliggenheten var helt topp, nydelig utsikt mot fjellene og passelig gangavstand til sentrum."
