"The property description was completely misrepresented. We pulled in to the property and there were homeless people on the property with their belongings. The only people staying there seemed to be long term stays with junk everywhere. Much of the furniture had been pulled outside of the rooms and many people sitting outside were very unsavory. We immediately left and booked a hotel down the street. It was awful and we did not feel safe even driving through the parking lot."

"The sheets and towels looked like they hadn’t been washed, with hair from the previous guests. It seemed like they just made the bed and arranged everything without actually washing the sheets, pillowcases, or towels. Terrible. Everything else was fine, but cleanliness is essential — so for me, it’s a zero."
