"Perfect location. Easy access to float the Ichetucknee river or enjoy swimming off the dock in the Santa Fe river. The house was very cozy and the teen boys loved having their own space downstairs. Host was very quick to respond. We will definitely book again. "

"The entire scenery from the start to finish is amazing. Then you walk inside to a home that is immaculate. Kelly was hospitable from start to finish. Just a warning.. if you get on the chaise lounge you’ll not make it to the bedroom because it’s extremely comfortable and the views are so dreamy. This will be my continued place of refuge"

"This is our 2nd time visiting this lake house. We absolutely love it. The kitchen is huge and so functional for a big crowd. Everything is well stocked. No need to leave to go anywhere. So peaceful and just a nice place to get away and relax. Enjoy the beautiful lake with the beach entrance (which our dogs LOVED) , go kayaking, grill some food... Highly Recommend! "

"Beautiful accommodation. Great location in the community with access to Rio Vista.. perfect for a weekend scuba certification. We mostly enjoyed sitting on the back porch at sunrise and sunset watching the deer."

"We were in town for a wedding and had family flying in so I was so excited when we arrived and had plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other. The house was amazing. The rooms are huge so you don’t feel cramped, with lots of closet space and washer / dryer . It was stocked with so many towels, paper towels, toilet paper, there was even a cupboard of random stuff incase you forgot anything. "We booked this for a weekend baseball tournament for our Family of four (two teens). Both kids had their own rooms and there were board games available for the kids. Overall the kids had a great time and the property was great for our weekend needs. Owners were very responsive via the app. "
