"My husband and I drove through Austria and the idea was to stop in small towns along the way. This hotel was a wonderful it has a great location and a fare breakfast. It is very close to the lake and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Parking was next to the hotel and the service was very helpful and friendly. No elevators though but it wasn’t a big deal for us"

There was a balcony that looked towards the mountains that we enjoyed sitting on in the evening to watch the sun set. Room was comfortable and clean. "Great stay in this beautiful area of Austria. First the positives( there were many).. The welcome from reception staff at the hotel was perfect. Hotel is in a fantastic location and is visually very attractive and well maintained. Hotel is very Austrian , charming with lots of character. Hotel offers lots of activities, swimming pool, fitness, health spa etc etc. We hired e bikes directly from the hotel for a very reasonable rate of 35 euro. "Yes the stay was good. Central location. Only issue was that the is no front desk staff and email with check in code did not arrive in time. Amazon does not have a good setup with the small local places. Communication is usually not great. Thanks!"

"The place has so much potential just let down by front desk. Just not a warm or pleasant interaction. Someone is there from 7:30am to 8pm, which was never a problem. The lack of A/C was offset with a fan, but it was still warm, pretty unique to find a hotel in this area with A/C. So they are trying. Breakfast was good, good spread of food and selection.
