"Excellent location, clean, comfortable. Staff was friendly, the only issue was that we got to breakfast an hour before it ended and there were no eggs other protein or much more than a fee bagels and yogurt. This was informed tonus by the person tending the breakfast area while ahe stood next to still hot griddle. She didn’t offer any alternative. It feels like poor planning. Other than that, it was great."

"A wonderful property with excellent amenities. The heated outdoor pool and sauna were clean and easily accessible. I travel with my small dog and my room was great. They actually upgraded me to a suite! I would stay here again without question. It is across the street from Mass MOCa, an extraordinary museum. Staff was courteous and helpful. "

"Had to spend a night due to snowstorm. It was good value; clean, comfortable, and I love having fridge, micro, and coffee pot. There's an organic grocery store 2 minutes away where you can buy cooked food to heat up. The tv and wifi worked great. The pool was closed, so if that's a deal breaker maybe call first. "

"I went to North Adams to meet my daughter. At first, I was surprised that there wasn't an Inn Keeper. However, with security door for the house doors and each guest room, it wasn't an issue. The room was super spacious. Though, I wish the bathroom were bigger, or at least provide hooks for clothing. Other than that, simple continental breakfast. Since I am lactose intolerant, so my choices were a little less."

"Our room was spotless and cozy. I was very pleased to be able to control the temperature as I like to sleep in a cool room. The shower and sink products are lovely -- especially the moisturizer for cold weather skin. I cannot speak highly enough about the restaurant -- beautiful decor, delicious cocktails, amazing food, everything we ordered was great!"
