"Nice hotel"

"El personal más que excelente! El desayuno bastante bien. Solo quizá no leí bien, pero no hacen la limpieza diaria, sino al tercer día. "

"Reservation cancelled due to credit card issue but wasn’t contacted in a timely fashion or called which could have immediately fixed the issue. This lack of communication left us without a reservation & we had to get another reservation last minute which cost us hundreds extra. Won’t be staying at this hotel ever again thanks to lack of communication from them & Expedia."

"Very sketchy neighbourhood. Did not feel safe walking the dog. Did not realize that the motel housed long time residents. Nice people but it was a bit disconcerting. Motel rooms were clean & staff pleasant."

"I booked on Expedia. It said the total included all taxes. When I arrived the guy that finally checked me in (after I walked right past him to the desk and he ignored me for 5 minutes) told me I had to pay a 200 dollar deposit and the taxes. I told him I already paid the taxes and showed him my receipt.He said it didn't matter, that I still had to pay the taxes and to take it up with Expedia. Won't be staying there again."

"Our three-night stay at Canada’s Best Value Inn & Suites Vernon was unacceptable from beginning to end. When we arrived, the person checking us in immediately complained that we had booked through a third-party platform. He repeatedly emphasized that the hotel would receive only approximately $400 even though we had paid around $550 for the three nights. That was completely irrelevant to us as paying guests.
