"Excelente. La habitación era un poco pequeña y calurosa, pero fuera de eso, el hostel es muy lindo, tiene vista al lago taupo, el staff muy amable y servicial y te ayudan a coordinar todas tus actividades para q puedas disfrutar de tus vacaciones al máximo."

"Ian is a good bloke, very chatty. He gave us a warm welcome and is considerate of our needs. The property location is very convenient, near shops. The room is comfy, we slept well through the night. They have a friendly fluffy cat that roams around the property, he's up for cuddles if you're keen."

"Stayed for one night to hike Tongario Crossing. Great location as bus picks you up right out front. Reception was hit or miss with friendliness, but suffice it to say everyone has a bad day. However, one of the friendly employees lent me her jacket! Facility is a bit run down and the “extended stay” guests were .... well. Overall good location for Tongario. Free parking was easy to find. Kitchen was well equipped. Standard hostel rooms/beds. "

"It was exactly what we needed. the instructions for late check-in were clear and much appreciated. The sight of complimentary earplugs on the nightstand made me a bit nervous, but it was surprisingly peaceful when we stayed (mid week)"
