"Cute, quiet neighborhood in great location with excellent restaurants within walking distance. The cottage was cozy and well appointed. I would love to stay here again!"

"Everything with the apt was great. The only complication that we experienced was parking, which is a normal occurrence in residential SD. It is just something to be aware of when renting/visiting in SD. "

"Lovely cottage with a beautiful garden in a delightful, quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Parking was easy and A/C worked great.Lots of wildlife too! Didnt feel like we were in the city at all, but convenient to everything we needed. Great little grocery store a block and a half away. Also really good pizza a couple of blocks away. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect and there was even a dog bed, toys, and a water dish filled with water waiting for us when we got there. Within walking distance to lots of dog friendly restaurants and within a 10-15min drive to all the things we wanted to do in San Diego, including an off leash dog beach. Would stay here again."

"Easy check in and check out - loved staying in South Park, so walkable and cute. The space and bathroom was a little tight as we had 4 adults staying but it worked! The beds were SO comfortable with plenty of pillows. "

"Nice open living space. Clean linens and kitchen. Great space for a family! The home is close to the airport and freeway, and you can hear traffic, but it wasn't an issue as all. The kids loved watching the planes land."

"The Good: Comfortable Beds: The beds allowed for restful sleep. Entertainment Options: TVs equipped with Roku for streaming, though initially unplugged. The Bad: Ant Infestation: Ants were present throughout the kitchen, made harder to notice due to dim lighting. Cluttered Space: The house felt like a personal storage area, filled with the owner's odds and ends. Thermostat Issues: Inefficient settings caused the house to overheat, wasting energy. "Perfect little zen oasis! 10 out of 10! First, Jacqueline was so wonderful, kind and responsive. Such a joy communicating with her. A perfect little home tucked in a great spot so close to everything! The yard is straight out of a fairytale and the hot tub was perfect after a long day walking around at the zoo. We will be back for sure. It doesnt help that our styles are very similar, so I felt extra at home! Such an inviting space. A must stay!"

"The check in process was a breeze. The directions the host sent us included the check in process, the WiFi password, and instructions on what was included with the rental. The location is very quiet, even though there are major highways nearby. The access to the highways was something that attracted us to the property, because we knew we would make several day trips from there. "Very nice back yard casita. Very quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any contact with the owners in the front home. The front of this casita faces the rear living room of the main home which felt somewhat awkward going to and from, but we weren't there much anyway and just used it to sleep in. Everything was as it appeared in the photos except the bed is not a pull down but standard comfortable queen size bed. Both homes and yards appear to maybe recently be redone and its easily the nicest home...

"This property’s location and accommodations were perfect for my husband and me. There’s a well appointed kitchen and an open concept living/dining room downstairs. Upstairs has two bedrooms with comfortable beds and a bathroom with plenty of hot water. It’s located near all that we valued. Our host was very responsive and gracious. All in all, it was a great stay. Five stars for sure. "
