"This place is really comfortable and nice. The units feel like home as you walk in and the furniture looks and felt great. That bed was comfortable as heck, seriously a great nights sleep both nights and the pillow variety was killer. The area around had plenty to offer, and there was food around. I was able to DoorDash a lot of good stuff within a few minutes. The only thing keeping it from being a 5 was the key fob issues. I love the almost automated setup this place had but it required...

"Excellent experience - facility was 10 minute walk from conference center. KLVG sends very clear instructions how to check-in and check-out. Apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities - coffee maker with coffee pods, iron, ironing board, pots/pans/dishes, even a Brita water pitcher. Facility has a nice swimming pool. Most of the residents seem to be twenty-sonethings so a very youthful vibe. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Relaxing, peaceful, beautiful, welcoming. I was surprised actually see coffee in the cupboard when I can brew as many pots and coffee that I wanted. I was surprised to see everything was just perfect. I will definitely be staying here again"

"I stayed in this charming little appertment while attending a conference in downtown Phoenix. The location was perfect, being walking distance to downtown, the light rail, and a large selection of restaurants. The modern touch to the historic apartment building was just right, giving the comfort you expect while letting the historic charm shine through."
