The food at the connected resturant was bland but they had great understanding of gluten free. Overall was okay but wouldnt stay here again, especially at the price point."

"Pretty run down. We spent a few hours there. Got at 1:30 at night. Got room with only 1 bed (4 people). They were nice and fixed the problem in 10 min. EV charger obsolete, could not plug my Tesla. Very old Tesla charger. Other charger required some network membership. Not great. Good I had enough charge to make it to the channel tunnel. But this increased our trip next day in 45'"

"My wife and I stayed for 6 nights and could not have been more pleased. The rooms have been recently updated and the bathroom worked well and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast and dinners we ate were wonderful. Well prepared and ample portions. The entire place was very clean. The best part of the experience at the Conningbrook was the employees. "Our first overnight stay at this particular Holiday Inn Express hotel, but probably will not be our last. The whole interior of the hotel including the reception area, bar and restaurant area, communal areas and especially the rooms have all been refurbished, and apparently fairly recently, to a very good standard.
