"Amazing stay at this hotel, we would 100% return.
We booked a partial sea view room and were upgraded to a full sea view room which was a lovely surprise, the view was great and the room was very clean.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the staff in the restaurant. We had the all inclusive package, all drinks are included and the lunch menu in particular was great.
The ONLY thing I disliked about the experience was that people were actually running for sun beds on a morning...

"Excellent service, great people who are giving their best for a good service. The hotel is more a 4* rather than 5*. There is no iron in the room? Thats not normal for a 5*. The opening hours Of the gym and pool can be improved, they close when everybody arrives after the The gym has no weights! And in the pool the dishes are coming in polysteryne!! Not in a normal dish. "First impressions were good , clean hotel and room , friendly staff and very relaxed .
First evening we went for dinner and found it odd to not be greeted at restaurant doors or shown to a table or for someone to explain about dinner options
Drink choices were very limited but what we did drink was good quality .
Bar staff were very good and attentive .
On our last day we went down to reception about late check out as we were told on check in we couldn’t book in advance . Reception told...

"The property itself is perfectly adequate, with enough items to get by with. My issues were getting into the property, the response from the property just doesn't happen. If you've got questions good luck in finding the answers. They certainly don't respond through Expedia even though they tell you to message them on there.
There is currently building work going on right at the side of the property, nobody informed me of this. Otherwise i wouldn't have booked this property and the builders...
