"The room itself was very nice, and the host was friendly and helpful. When we first arrived, it felt as though the property was closed, which was a little strange. Unfortunately, there was no hot water both in the evening and the following morning, which we reported to the host on departure. Had we been staying longer, I’m confident the host would have tried to resolve this. The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress would benefit from an upgrade or the addition of a topper. "A wonderful hotel with serene green spaces in a royal atmosphere. I had to work overnight and the gentleman at night desk went above and beyond to help me with an additional TV screen and a place to work at. Simply unbelievably helpful and way beyond my expectations. My wife and kid had a great time in the gardens. I highly recommend this place if you´re out to get some relaxation."

"Muy conveniente para dirigirse a la estacion de tren de Reading. Desayuno ingles completo y bueno. Habitacion amplia y comoda, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que era para una persona sola. WiFi buena. Limpieza mejorable. La pega es que a partir de las 3 de la tarde no hay nadie. Es cierto que hay numeros de telefono y responden cuando se les llama, pero prefiero una atencion mas personalizada. La entrada y pasillos, en general, un poco "cutres"."
