"The place is nice, the balcony is the best part but there were some very basic, fixable issues: 1. there was no hot water. 2. The safe was broken (they said every safe in the hotel was broken). 3. "Comfy Apart Hotel is now my favourite place to stay in Lebanon. Everything was EXCELLENT. The property is very nice, the rooms are spacious, and many have a balcony as well. You have everything you need there - the AC works well, no issues with electricity, there is a gym downstairs. The staff are incredibly helpful and really tended to everything we needed during our stay. We loved it!! We will continue to stay here when we visit Beirut. "
