"We had a wonderful stay at the Trident Inn. We needed a dog friendly hotel as we were bringing our dog and they were so hospitable. All the staff was very kind, our room was spacious and very clean. The pool is salt water and they have a bar right off the pool with delicious drinks. Very close and easy walk into town. We would definitely stay again!"

"The property has a great location. That’s pretty much the good. The bad…No ability to control the A/C. It was 94° the first day we stayed. The A/C is incredibly inefficient. The humidity was out of control. Fortunately, a staff member (Aiden), went out of his way to bring us a fan, so we could draw cool air from the very cool hallways into the room. The furnishings are old, worn and outdated. And lastly, the parking is atrocious. Steep hills getting in and out of the underground garage, and...

"I always base a stay by the cleanliness first. This place was very clean from floors to bed and bathroom. Breakfast was nice we enjoyed it. Staff is very nice. I do think you need a few more items to sell in your store. Tylenol adult and kids maybe tums. Things people may forget or run out of. Parking is fine, no problem. It was a 30 min walk to downtown. I guess it would depend on how fast you walk. Don’t count on the trolleys to much lots of traffic we waited 40 min for one we started...

"It was a good hotel, small but clean rooms. The only thing that we didn't like is that the water was scalding. Not an issue for us but it could be for children or the elderly. We mentioned this to the staff at checkout."
