"Our group is on year 8 of our annual golf trip. This house was without a doubt the best place that has hosted us. The pictures of this house don’t do it justice. The space, the rooms, the kitchen, the living areas, and all the amenities were beyond anything we could have asked for. On top of that, Eric makes sure everything is taken care of from check-in to check-out. Do yourself a favor and book this beautiful place… We know we will be back for sure!"

"It was a beautiful setting for a get together of college friends attending a hockey tournament at Penn State. The house is well stocked with bathroom supplies and the kitchen is well equipped. I definitely would stay here again and recommend the house as a great way to be close to Penn State in a rural setting."

"Everything you need for a fun stay less than 15miles from State College!We stayed for graduation weekend and loved the rustic decor of the Cabin, the scenic drive through the state park and the cozy quiet of the surrounding forrest. AT&T service was strong, definitely read the drive in and out recommendations of an SUV or a pick up truck. The owner was hospitable with providing snacks, waters and was very responsive and pleasant. We would stay at this property again. "

"This is the ultimate location for relaxation. The babbling brook was beautifully landscaped and so relaxing to listen to while sitting on the porch. The hot tub has some great jets!! We are already planning our visit for next year. Great hosts!"

"We had a wonderful stay. We were in the area for our daughter’s graduation from Penn State. We stayed in the RV which had all the comforts of home-cozy chairs, a roomy dining area, and comfortable beds. We had a problem with the lock when we first arrived and the owner immediately replied to our query and fixed the issue. "I celebrated 40 years since my Penn State graduation with my senior college roommate at this cabin just a couple miles from Poe Valley State Park. It was a nice peaceful setting near a small stream. The cabin had everything we wanted. Liked the screened-in porch and the recliners (we're getting old). You do need to drive a few miles of dirt roads to get to this area, but the cabin is along a paved road near a small village of cabins just outside the state parks of Poe Valley and Poe Paddy. ...
