"Horrible Checkin, slow and unfriendly. Then roomkey not working. Overheated room at 81F. Cooling didn't work. So sleep until late night, when open window did the cooling. They refused another room, they refused cancelation, they said I shall speak with Expedia. I did. The Agent tried to cancel that for me or get a cooler room. He said they refused. What a surprize. Then the conversation to the Expedia Agent got interrupted. Don't come here."

"This place is absolutely awful and disgusting. There are stains and spills all throughout the room. I was supposed to get 2 queen sized beds and they gave me fulls instead. Blood splattered on the walls in the bathroom. My main concern was safety though. There were multiple sketchy people sitting in their cars at night watching us. There was one barely functioning lock on the main door. The window looks like someone has previously broken into it. Another conjoining door that had a small sign...

"We had a wonderful experience at this property! Our host, Sophie, was a great communicator and made us feel very welcome! The property was perfect for our big family. It was spacious and clean and in a good location from the highway. We also loved the generous parking! Highly recommend this home for a relaxing get away with your family. Thank you!!!"
