"We stayed for two nights and had a very disappointing experience. The pool was dirty, our room was humid, and no breakfast was provided. There were people smoking nearby, so it definitely didn't feel family friendly.

"We were looking forward to our stay in grand bend for over a month. The one word I would use for my stay is unprofessional. -Check in process is walking into a bar and asking for my room key. "All good but no kitchen facilities except a small fridge(was given a microwave when asked). Above a Crabby Joe's so can get loud at night. Have to pay for parking. Nice bathroom and bed, and seating area on the deck. Walking distance to beach."
