"WiFi was excellent. Proximity to Greenhillls Mall was great. Hotel was attached to the mall. The one bedroom was large. The only thing we didn’t care for was the adjustable mattress. It was a bit too firm even at the lightest/lowest setting. You have to sign a “balcony” waiver and put a $1500 a night security deposit… cash or credit card. It is returned back to you after thought check out and they check the room for any damage."

"This was my first time in Quezon, but not my first time in Citadines. I exclusively seek out Citadines in Manila and Cebu because trust me when I tell you, there is simply no other hotel that can beat the overall value and experience of a Citadines hotel. The price is always so good for the 1 bedroom apartments. They are always so nice and feel like a real home. The staff are all Five Star level and the hotels are located in the best area's with the best food, shopping and entertainment nearby....

"convenient location with an outstanding staff in all departments. The hotel bathroom needs a deep cleaning. Regrout and get rid of hard water lime deposits on glass shower stall. Bathroom amenities are sparse. Need upgrades. Otherwise, all good."

"I reserved this place for my daughter and friends who are checking out schools for college in Manila. My reservation included free breakfast and they told my daughter that it’s not, and have them pay for it. After complaining to expedia they tried to resolve it by giving them free lunch which was the same thing they had for breakfast (spam and egg). Another thing that my daughter reported that was weird was they had to leave their room keys to them whenever they leave, and that they had to call...

"This unit is infested with reaches. They had to move us to a different unit. Hopefully, they do something about it. Other than that, the unit is nice and cozy. "
