"Property was nice and spacious. Just what we needed after a long day at the ballfield. Had a situation occur in the middle of the night, and Eli was quick to respond and address the situation. Will definitely keep this place in mind if we come back to Dayton for another tournament. "

"The experience was wonderful! It had a home away from home feeling. Very welcoming and cozy. The decor is right out of a catalog. Never spoke to the hosts in person but they made themselves available to us, if there was anything we needed through texts and emails. Had a great time and will do it again! They have a beautiful place, it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere but just a short distance away in any direction, there was plenty to do, lots of choices. Kings island, flea market,...

Nice interior space with classic architecture and woodwork. Tastefully decorated, clean comfortable rooms and a comfortable bed. Lots of hot water. Good communication with the owner. The furnace kept the spaces warm with evening temps below freezing. We can recommend this apartment. "
