"Camere pulite così come gli esterni. Piscina bellissima per tutti (anche per bambini) 1,50 profondità massima. Lettini e ombrelloni in abbondanza ( a settembre) bar ristorante e market uno dietro l’altro accanto alla piscina. Alllogiavo al villino confort da 25 mq una spesa irrisoria per questo period. All’arrivo avrete la mappa visualizzabile sul sito anche.il Mare e a 200 mq dalla piscina e si attraversa prima l’arra villini poi pineta con campeggiatori poi si arriva al mare in una natura...

"The setting is just gorgeous - gardens, vegetation and the building exterior. Very spacious well-kept grounds with access (via a steep path) to the lake-side and the peaceful and secluded private beach. Lovely pool area and decent-sized well-maintained pool. The apartment interior was spacious and rustic - fairly basic but authentic farmhouse furnishings. The only negative thing to say would be that it could have been cleaner."

"Nous avons été accueillis par les hôtes les plus charmants qu’ils soient dans une maison très calme avec une très belle vie et une grande piscine. Tout était impeccable. La maison est une bonne base arrière pour visiter la région d’Orvieto, le nord du Latium, l’ouest de l’Ombrie et le sud de la Toscane. Pour info, il y avait 3 chats (très sympas !). "Susanna and Gabriele are charming hosts. Communication with Susanna was excellent. On arrival we had a problem whoch was sorted out very quickly.The house is lovely and the view is amazing. The whole property was spotlessly clean. Local towns of Orvieto and Bagnoregio are in easy reach and there is a small supermarket in the next village."

"La maison est tres bien située, tout prêt d’oliviers bicentenaires, dans un endroit très calme. Nous avons été accueillis à bras ouverts par Francesca et Saverio. Les pièces sont grandes et la maison est très propre. Si nous devions trouver un petit défaut ce serait sur l’équipement de cuisine. Par exemple il n’y avait que deux petites cuillères et pas d’égouttoir pour les pâtes ce qui est en comble en Italie . Mais ces petits désagréments n’ont pas altéré notre merveilleux séjour. "

"Excellent host, good communications and quick to reply to questions. Check-in and check out was easy and without fuss. Apartment has basic amenities but everything there functions. It is in need of some updating and unfortunately bedrooms are a little musty. Surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. We had two ground floor apartments and did have some noise from upstairs apartments. The price charged for peak holiday season and location did represent good value for money overall."
