"Air conditioning works perfectly; the kitchen is so complete; my husband and I enjoy cooking together; we had such a fun time there; and the sounds of coquis and the nature of Puerto Rico are so soothing. We visited beaches at Luquillo and Fajardo, took the ferry to Culebra, and drove to Old San Juan multiple times. Vicente and Andre's property is so beautiful, we definitely recommend it to anyone who's considering renting it!"

"Katia was an incredible host. Communication on point and pro-active and even very understanding and constructive when I messed up and our check-out was delayed. Further, she went above and beyond making sure we feel welcome as a family. She ordered and installed a baby plug and play bed after we inquired if one was available and installed a baby seat at the table and ensured the AC was on just before our arrival. "Right on the water, comfortable beds, like a treasure hunt to get there, but we loved the adventure. Not for elderly as wooden staircase to sleeping quarters with same outdoor stairway to kitchen and second bath. Still, fun place to stay with excellent communication from host."
