"Bra läge nära centrala Cefalù med fantastisk havsutsikt. Boendet var stort och hade alla bekvämligheter man kan tänkas behöva. Värden var mycket hjälpsam och svarade alltid snabbt på meddelanden. Sängarna var bra och badrummet fräscht. "

Walked to town and down to the beach and back - a bit hilly walk back up but only about 10 mins to town and 20 mins total if you carry on down to beach. "Shabby by the sea was the description used to describe this flat and it was a perfect description really. The outside of the apartments needed a good lick of paint though general upgrade work did seem to have started but the gardens, pool and general area were very well maintained and clean and tidy. "This was an amazing property. Perfect views of the ocean and mountains. If you're looking for a place to relax among perfect scenery this is for you! There are a lot of steps to the building and also to the top floor (where the rental is) The property manager is respectful and everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival. "The best part of this rental is the location. It’s one of 8 houses (4 on each side of the street). The beach is on one side houses and a private pool on the other. You can sit on the outside porch and see the sea. There is easy parking. And there was a train very close as well. There is a close Conad grocery. A man comes every day (about 11:15) with fresh bread and pastries that he sells out of a white van. The owners of all the houses live below. The top part of all the houses are renters....
