Short Beach Stay

The home is in great condition. The views were beautiful. We enjoyed fishing from the nice dock and swimming and kayaking in the river. Lots of other fun outdoor activities in the area. We will be back

Annual June family vacation

This house we want , the location is perfect, we have boats we love the boat lifts . This home and property checks every box for us , this is our 3rd stay , already looking at fall dates for another stay ! Sunsets are amazing .

BEST RENTAL ON THE CRYSTAL COAST

Short Getaway

Loved this home. House is beautiful! View was beautiful & loved being right on the water. House had everything we needed. Check in was a breeze. It was located on a busy highway, but you wouldn't know it from inside the home (occasionally a loud truck). We enjoyed watching the fishing boats come and go. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again if ever in Cedar Point.

Great Place

This place has everything we like. Access to the ICW by boat. Views of the water, boat traffic, etc… from a spacious porch. Nice yard, plenty of paved parking and quick access to groceries and restaurants. Cottage floor plan is simple and efficient. Clean space and furniture. Nicely furnished. We found the host very accommodating and responsive.

Fall get away

This house is ideal for a family that loves the water and uses boats for water activities, the house has 2 wonderful boat lifts to safely store your boat. The porch has the best view of the ICW and breathtaking sunsets . Jamie Vogel the host is a gem to work with , she will take great care of you .

Vacation 2024

We really enjoyed our week!! Quick response to the broken tv in the living room. The boat ramp was the best! Made it easy to bring along our boat and have fun! One thing that needs to be looked at is the checkout time… in the book of rules/tips inside the house check out is 11:00 and in the reservations confirmation it is 10:00 am. We were finishing up packing our bags and the cleaning crew walks in the front door with no notice at 9:45 am.

Dolphins in your backyard

My family of 6 had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed including plenty of towels. At first, we were concerned about the location immediately adjacent to a public boat ramp off a busy street, but noise was never an issue during our stay there. Despite located on a busy road, the back of the house provided a private sanctuary with a beautiful view of the nature. We saw pods of dolphins almost daily while sitting on the comfortable chairs on the back porch. We fished at the dock and caught several small pin fish. We walked to the kayak rental two doors down to rent kayaks for a trip to Shark Tooth Island and the protected bird estuary. The drive to Emerald Isle beach was easy and brief, but we were also lucky to have friends staying near one of the public beach accesses so didn’t have to worry about parking our car. Be aware many of the Emerald Isle public beaches only allow golf cart parking. Our host was extremely responsive when we had a small issue with our grill. All in all, it was a perfect end of the summer before my kids went back to school's. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful

Such a lovely home! We enjoyed our time on the porch the most watching the water traffic and seeing the beautiful sunset. We had a small issue with the shower and the property manager was there within the hour to fix it. I’d definitely rent this house again!

Family Vacation

We are boat people, this house has 2 lifts for boats, skiff style fit perfect, 1 for jet-skis, if you like to get on the water for any reason this is the perfect home for you and your family. Boats are safely on the lifts waiting to be lowered to enjoy the surrounding area of fishing, boat rides or popping over to a beach area to enjoy fun in the sun . The inside of the home is incredible, not that we spent much time inside, our time was on the water or on the porch watching all the boat traffic and breath taking sunsets . We hope this is the first of many trips to this home to gather together as a family , already looking at our next trip to the coast . As I already told Jamie one of our best vacations ever , Jamie is a true professional to deal with as well , pleasant and kind . You definitely will not regret booking this home if you are boat people or need a getaway with a million dollar view .

Very Nice

My family had a very nice stay at this house. Everything was neat and clean. The location is perfect. The best part is the view. It was so enjoyable to watch boats of all kinds cruise by. We saw dolphins go by twice! The balcony was fantastic to enjoy a nice beverage and visit with those around you. It was also nice having covered parking. Check in check out was very smooth. We plan to stay here again. Thank you to the host as this wasway better than a hotel.

Beautiful view

Nice relaxing spring break week with our family. Very easy to be right on the intracoastal and have access to the boat life for easy on and off the water. The home was perfectly set up for our family and we were able to enjoy the beautiful view every evening!
