"Beautiful yard with incredible view of Sandia. The water feature and pond are relaxing. The family room keeps those views with 3 huge windows. It was great to have attached garage space to avoid a minivan preheated in the New Mexico sun. Will definitely stay there again."

"This was the perfect place for our 3 adult couples this weekend! It was beautiful, extremely spacious and the host was wonderful. The front courtyard and the backyard water feature were very relaxing and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a big breakfast. It was a great location for shopping and to grocery stores and we loved the little park just a few doors down! We would definitely stay at the house again! It was very affordable for everything received with this house."

"The host was very accommodating and quick to answer questions and address needs. The location is very central to anywhere you might want to travel to see the sights. The house was clean and contained many helpful items for travelers."

"Great property and location! Very comfortable beds and pillows, and a nice little yard for a little outside wind down from our trip thank you for sharing your home with us!"

"This is the place to stay if you are visiting Albuquerque. The condo was clean and organized. It was nice to be able to park my car in the garage. The property is on a prime location, and you can get to where you want to go easily! Our host, Taryn responded quickly and was a Wonderful host! It was a great stay!"

"The home was as described. Worked well for us. The only glitch was the washer didn’t work. Traveling with 5 grandchildren, that is almost a necessity:). But we made do without it. We would stay here again. Host was responsive."

"We had a great experience at this property. The host more than helpful on each occasion that we had questions or needed help. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting the area"

"The house was so charming and cozy. Host communication was excellent no issues! House was a perfect size and in a great location for what we needed. Will definitely book again if coming back to Albuquerque for a weekend trip! "

"Nice older home in quiet NE heights neighborhood with peaceful backyard. Great little shaded park with playground a block from home. Kitchen is well stocked with eating and cooking utensils. Host is very responsive. There are a variety of local and chain restaurants in the vicinity. Close the freeway access. Takes only 20 minutes to get to the Zoo, Biopark, Explora Museum, Museum of Natural History, and Old Town. 10 minute drive to Sandia Peak Tram."

"This property was super clean, also very cozy my family and I loved the vibe! We felt very safe the property is very secure. Also the host was very easy to communicate with and gave such good hospitality! I would highly recommend this place!!"

In addition, the house has a significant amount of cobwebs, and the property/photos did not match the expectations we anticipated based on the listing. We wanted to make you aware of these concerns.
