Loved the stay, however, it’s now getting chilly, and we didn’t think the old space heater that was provided did much to keep it warm.

The host was very communicative and sent clear instructions for arrival. I was only in town for one night and just needed a place to sleep. This unit was clean and adorably decorated—had all the amenities I needed. They even provided some instant oatmeal, breakfast bars and hot cocoa for the morning—I didn’t use those, but I may during my next stay. I can also see the full kitchen being useful for a longer stay. VERY conveniently located near SUU—I was there for an event at the theater. I will be back in Cedar many times while my niece is enrolled in SUU and I plan to stay in this house every time if it’s available.
Bedroom (extra bedding, pillows, and towels were available—large open closet/storage area to the right at the head of the bed.

What a cozy find! Home base to our visiting Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef & several state parks. Its location was within walking distance of several fast & fast casual restaurants. Grocery is close by as well as the center of town. Lots of restaurants to choose from. We went to a couple the owner recommended which turned out to be great choices! Very nice Farmer’s Market. Quiet neighborhood, equally quiet neighbors. We felt safe. Its owner replied immediately; was very attentive to our questions and concerns making sure we were comfortable and pleased with our stay. We had issues with slow internet, streaming and live TV. She made sure that was immediately attended to. Property was easy to find - just follow instructions. I enjoyed the hammock. It was clean; has a stocked kitchen, fully stocked restroom - lots of towels, toilet paper, has a built in shampoo/ liquid body soap dispenser. Can’t give the owner and rental enough praises. It was an ideal stay.

We didn't stay long. The pillows had stains and the shower and carpet looked really dirty. The outside area at night was very dark and a little scary.

Everything was clean and nice. It was a fairly quiet neighborhood. I never saw the host, which is neither good nor bad. A storm blew in and the temperature dropped and it took me a while to figure out there was a small electric heater I could use.

Wonderful owners -very accommodating .Only problem was ,not familiar with streaming, we didn’t have success with the TV. A family member came by to help… very nice people with whom we had conversations. Also , a nice,cool, clean facility.

Nice place in a great location

We have been coming to Cedar City for 30 years and have stayed in a lot of rentals. This place is clean and the owners have tried hard to make and keep it nice. This is an excellent location close to city center and only 2-3 minutes from the Shakespeare Festival. The neighborhood is a little older but quiet and convenient. The only criticism is that the AC unit is noisy and does not have a thermostat. Otherwise it is one of our favorites.

This was a quaint little basement apartment in a duplex house. It was a little confusing to get in and figure where to park at first. it was also a little misleading about what type of house it was, but It was very close to everything in Cedar City, very clean and neat. It had everything we needed. We would stay there again.

Passing through

We were there just one night, but it was a sweet place. Would come back when we have more time. Super close to the main part of town, lots of shops and places to eat. Signs indicate Bryce NP accessed here.

Great spot for my week stay

Great little spot for my week in Cedar City. Clean and had everything I needed. I reached out once with a question to the owner and she responded right away. The space heater cord did get warm so I didn't use it much but it also wasn't a cold week so it was fine. Thanks for being a great host and for having a great little spot.

Easy and simple

For just two people, it was a perfect get away. Very friendly host and good location. Finding the door wasn’t too hard and getting in was easy. Pretty small, but again, for two people it was good.

Hidden Hub Haven

It was the perfect little place to stay while we visited our son and daughter-in-law who are going to school at SUU. Easy to find, great location, close to everything, clean and comfy! Will likely stay here again on our next visit.

A great little home with all the amenities of an Apartment

The single problem with this location is the hidden nature of its interest and the difficulty of finding the address such that I bothered a neighbor who walked me to the entrance which itself was lit up but obscured from view. This was a lovely place. The host's made little cute things for us and left us a couple of snacks. They left us a book that described all their expectations, which were easy to follow and also what type of entertainment and restaurants could be found near by. As they treated us well we did everything we could to leave the place as we found it. It was a pleasant stop along the way in our trip to Bryce and then to Grand Canyon.
