Cozy, comfortable top floor, end unit.... perfectly located for spending time in Brian Head and Cedar Breaks. We appreciated the assortment of coffees and cookware for preparing meals within the unit. We will certainly entertain a ski season return.

Great location!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean, communication to access the condo was easy and prompt. The location is perfect if you want to be steps from Giant Steps slopes.

Nice place

We loved this condo. Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 children, and great location- kids could go outside and sled and it walking distance to ski lifts. Had everything that we needed, we would come back.

Great location and rental

We had a wonderful stay during ski season and this rental is perfect. It's right by the slopes and you can ski in and ski out. Our boys loved the loft area for their hang out time. The rental had everything we needed for our four nights in Brian Head. We even spent some time in the sauna and whirl pool after the day on the slopes.

Fantastic condo steps from skiing - amazingly clean and tidy

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Condo layout, cleanliness, orderly kitchen, comfortable bed, amazing loft. We also had excellent communication with our owner! Will come back soon!!

Cozy condo for skiing

This was our first time in Brian Head and this condo was perfect for us. Very close to the chairlift! Our daughters absolutely loved the bunk beds, the games, and sleds for sledding. Will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Ski Trip

Liz’s place is perfect for a ski trip to Brian Head. The condo was clean and comfortable. Location was great for getting on and off of the lifts! We will be back for sure!

Perfect Cozy Condo

We have stayed here 2 years in a row now and we love being able to snowboard and tube so close by and come back to a cozy warm condo! It fits our family well with comfortable furniture and the owners are so responsive and great. We’ll be back next year!

Walk to the lifts

This was our second time staying here. It's clean, spacious, and well appointed. Lots of room for my kids to all have their own beds and space. Love being able to walk back to the condo for lunch and a quick break during our day of skiing. Ideal location and all the comforts of home.

Cozy, clean stay

Amazing place, loved the loft area for our kids, excellent location. The place was so clean (cleanest rental we have stayed at). It was well stocked with everything. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable & convenient

We loved this place!! Everything we needed & more for a family of 5!! Easily walked from giants steps to the condo for a lunch break, then back on the slopes. Liz was great with communication, check in/out was very smooth. Everything was clean and she even had it decorated for Christmas! So festive! We made great memories and hope to stay again!!

Exceeded expectations

Our family of 5 stayed for 4 nights at Liz’s place and it exceeded our expectations. When we arrived in town Liz txted us and our check in was so easy. The condo was very clean upon arrival, the heater worked great and warmed the place up quickly. The inside was perfectly stocked with enough towels, toilet paper and the kitchen had everything we needed and accommodated all our needs. Beds and pillows were comfortable, which we really appreciated. Our kids loved the built in bunks and the upstairs game room. It was just as pictured. We didn’t use the community spa but could see that it was working when we passed it on our way to the community game room which we also enjoyed hanging out in. This place is very conveniently located to Giant Steps Lodge if you’re looking to ski on that side. It is on the 3rd story and there are only stairs so getting groceries and luggage up and down was extra work at high elevation. Overall we highly recommend Liz’s place and would stay here again if we could!

Amazing

We came up for my son’s birthday snow trip. We could not have been more happy with this condo! You can tell the owners have spent a lot of money making this unit feel like home. My kids loved the little room off of the upstairs bedroom that had all kinds of games to play. The owners were more than nice and answered any questions we had. We would stay here again !

Fantastic for a Fall Getaway!

We had the best stay at this property. The weather started cold and snowy, and this was the perfect cozy basecamp for getting out and exploring Southern Utah! My wife's extended family used to have a unit in the other building in the complex, and we would visit at least once a year. I always thought there was so much potential in the Brian Wood buildings with some time and thought put into upgrades, and the hosts here have 1000% nailed it. The unit is absolutely beautiful and the hosts provided the best set of instructions and guide to the area that I've come across in any of my VRBO stays. We'd stay here again with no hesitations!

Wonderful Stay!
