When we arrived at check in time the cleaner was still there. It took her an hour to get the property “clean” and the whole time she was on the phone having a heated conversation which made us uncomfortable. We missed our scheduled tubing because we were uncomfortable leaving our belongings with a stranger. Once she left, the property was anything but clean. The manager did refund us 200 which in our opinion was not enough given the high price tag of the stay. Also, there was no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms which I’m sure is stated somewhere on the listing but not something we expected with such a high price tag. The location is great and it’s a large space but feeling dirty the whole stay made the experience not great.
