Overall, this condo is a hidden gem for anyone looking to escape the heat and enjoy a summer retreat in the mountains. I can't recommend it highly enough, and I look forward to returning for a winter visit as well!

Great Time in Brian Head

We had a wonderful time in Brian Head staying at this awesome condo. The place was clean, stylishly decorated and packed with a bunch of fun things to do when we were not on the mountain skiing or snowboarding. We would definitely come back in the future.

Great condo

Everything was just as it was advertised. Condo was spacious and relaxing. Easy access tobthe lifts. Only complaint I would have is the master bedroom mattress is very uncomfortable. But ither than that it was a very good stay.

Clean and comfortable in best location

We have stayed at the Lofts many times and our stay in #6C was one of the best. The unit was clean and well stocked with all essentials and more. Beds and sofas were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating for dining with our group of 4 adults + 4 kids. Location across from Giant Steps is ideal.

Great stay - recommend

Great place. Clean and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. View of the mountain was great and we had a great view from inside of the NYE fireworks. Super spacious for a family of four and beds were comfortable. The master bath shower head could be replaced or perhaps cleaned. Water came out all over the place. We would stay here again!!

Great place, priceless memories!

Our family stayed at this location during Christmas 2023. The condo was immaculate! Great location, spectacular views of the slopes from the living room, clean, modern, spacious. Our family of six (3 adults and 3 teenagers) was very comfortable. Dawn, the representative from the agency was very welcoming and responsive. Loved the hot tub, especially after a long day on the slopes. The owners had Christmas decoration and a Christmas tree as an added bonus. We really felt at home. The unit has a private garage so, we loved not having to defrost our car in the mornings. This was the best vacation and experience for our family! Thank you for the priceless memories! This was our first time at Brian Head and we loved it. We strongly recommend this place as we plan to come back to this same condo again!

Great getaway

Last minute audible for our little family. Decided to stay the weekend and do a little extra snowboarding. What a great decision. Comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Great place

Great place and super close to the lifts. Very clean. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Definitely need 4 wheel drive or AWD and parking is an issue since so many garages were snowed in.

Amazing place!

There was an issue while staying there due to the severe weather. Dawn, the property manager responded immediately and handled the situation timely and was amazing to say the least. Highly recommend.

Brian head

The place was lovely. We did have a few issues. The hot water heater went out twice during our stay and the AC didn't really work but it was beautiful weather so not an issue there. We did have an infant with us and the wax on the floor is very slick but the place was beautiful and clean and the owners were SO kind and accommodating.

LOVELY PLACE!

Views were spectacular and this is a lovely place. Do note it is at about 9800' elevation and some had high altitude problems (headache, nausea and lassitude) for a day or two. The surrounding area was a delight to explore.

Great property, but A/C didn’t work

This property was in a great location. A quick walk or drive to restaurants and parks. It was clean and decorated very well. The kitchen was stocked better than my kitchen at home! The host was helpful in giving us the option for early check-in. The one downfall of this stay was that the loft stayed uncomfortable hot. We drove in from Las Vegas to escape the heat wave. Although it was 30 degrees cooler in Brian Head, inside the property it was a balmy 85 degrees. The main living space and the upstairs master bedroom were exceptionally hot. Making it uncomfortable to sleep for us and our young children. The downstairs bedroom was able to cool off to 75 if we had the doors open, fans on and it was night. The A/C was loud, but did not blow cold air so we had to try other ways to cool down the space. Even at night, with the windows and doors open and the fans on, the upstairs stayed around 80 degrees. This wouldn’t be an issue in the winter, obviously. But if you are traveling in the summer, especially with small children who need a cool place to sleep, it’s something to consider.

Mountain Cool

We were travelling with our two pre-teen granddaughters for a few days. This property had plenty of entertainment inside to fuel their imaginative play for hours on end. Everything was well stocked, very clean. Wish we could have stayed longer....

Super weekend together!

We chose Brian Head so that my son going to SUU could come up for the weekend. It was perfect! The condo was huge and had so much to do. It was well stocked and very clean. We were able to play games, go biking, hiking, visit Cedar Breaks, and play at the park nearby. I would highly recommend this property!

Great location the property was very nice. I would have given a 5 but hot tub dirty not usable.

Had a wonderful time with my children. The place was just as described. Would have given a 5 but the hot tub was really dirty not usable. Needs a thorough cleaning debris was floating inside it. Could not reach any one.

Awesome loft!

We had a fun time staying at the loft. The place is awesome, looks just like the photos but better. Very comfortable. The home is stocked with everything needed. The view is amazing and it was really cool to watch people ski and snowboard on a Sat night. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Phyllis was quick to respond and easy to get in touch with. We had a great time and would love to go again.
