The accommodation was perfect for our family holiday and a short drive to great sights, beaches and restaurants. The little nearby town was great for the kids to explore when they weren’t jumping in the crystal clear pool (reaching a high of 27 degrees in the summer, but obviously not late season!) "I was worried that the photos I saw wouldn't live up to the actual property when I visited, but the truth is, this is an amazing property! All of my family, spouse, daughter, grandchildren, son in law, were all very very happy with the property and the amenities. The pool was well maintained as was the rest of the property. Everything was in working order. There was more than we needed, but we thoroughly enjoyed the property and used it as a base for our touring of the area. It is well situated...

"I find it hard to put into words how wonderful our stay was at the beautiful villa. First, Martin our host and family are the kindest people. They went above and beyond helping and making sure our stay was perfect. The photos of the Villa do not do it justice. Tucked in the hills, the Villa is beautiful and has breathtaking views. Martin was kind enough to show us the entire grounds with pear, hazelnut and other trees. The pool Is wonderful. I was thinking before we arrived that no way that...

"Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la maison de Nadia et Massimo. Ils résident juste à côté, et sont très accessibles et surtout très réactifs aux diverses demandes que nous leur avons faites. Nous recommandons cette villa et sa piscine, le coin BBQ etc... La région est très agréable. IL vaut mieux avoir une voiture car les commerces les plus proches sont à Suvereto."

"Erg mooi verblijf in al zijn facetten. Schitterend uitzicht, heerlijk zwembad, prachtig verblijf ook met kinderen(16,13,12en 11jaar). Een zeer behulpzame familie (Andrea, Corinna, Jakob). In de omgeving is veel te doen, door de mooie omgeving is een reistijd van 50 min bijvoorbeeld naar het strand absoluut geen probleem. In het dorpje zelf kun je heerlijk eten en in omliggende dorpjes zijn er ook genoeg mogelijkheden. Wij komen er graag nog een keer terug."

We enjoyed the pool, tennis court, basketball area and ping pong table + the outdoor kitchen and dining area were perfect for our big group. The location to nice towns was also great. The host is super helpful and attentive. Highly recommend in all respects!"
