Podere Nuti Apartment – 1 La Regola Exclusive Terrace, Shared Pool & Garden

Podere Nuti is a country house with five independent apartments. The garden, sunbathing area, barbecue, and pool are shared among the five apartments and the owners, who live on site and are very discreet. The pool is open from May to October 20, from 10:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 19:00, and is not heated. Wi-Fi is available outdoors in the common areas; it is not available inside the apartments.



"Podere Nuti – 1 La Regola" is on the ground floor, measures 50 m², and features a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. It accommodates up to 5 guests; the sofa bed is suitable for occasional use. Amenities include air conditioning, TV, and a baby cot.



This apartment has an exclusive spacious covered terrace with table, chairs, and hammock, reserved for your use. In the shared area you’ll find a large garden, barbecue, playground, and a sunbathing area next to the pool.



We are in Cecina, about 10 minutes by car from the sea: Cecina Mare with beach clubs and restaurants, and the long free beach of Mare Donoratico. Acqua Village water park is 15 minutes away, shops are 10 minutes away. Florence and Siena are about 90 minutes, Volterra 50, and Pisa International Airport 60. The property has private on-site parking for 1 car. E-bike charging is available for an extra fee. Pets are welcome for an extra fee and have plenty of space to roam.



As a holiday home, cleaning is done at the end of your stay; linen and towel changes are available on request during your stay for an extra fee. Security cameras are present in the outdoor common areas.
