알바우노 호텔 위치가 가장 큰 장점-IT파크 아얄라 센트럴 블럭 도보 3분 거리. 가성비로 좋음. 단점-객실에 냉장고 없음. 욕실 뜨거운 물 안나옴. 창문형 에어컨 소리가 커서 소음이 심함. 호텔앞 건물 공사로 주간 공사 소음. 반대편 방은 그나마 공사 소리가 덜함.

良い点 奥まったところにあるのでとても静かです。 (ITパーク内に宿泊すると場所によってはレストランの音楽など騒音が気になる所があります。) ホテルのスタッフはとても親切です。 部屋の清掃がしっかりしており部屋は綺麗です。 良くない点 部屋に電気ケトル、冷蔵庫、ドライヤーはありません。必要な場合はフロントで追加料金を支払ってレンタルしなければなりません。レンタル費用を考えるとそれらが標準で設置されているホテルを選んだ方が安い場合があります。 部屋に蟻やハエ、ゴキブリなどの虫が出るので殺虫剤が必要でした。 ホテルの周辺は下水道が十分に整備されておらず、時々下水があふれてひどい臭いがします。 ホテル前の道に時々浮浪者が寝ていて危険な感じはしませんがゴミや糞尿を散らかすのでそれらを踏まないように注意する必要があります。

침대가 푹신푹신하고 깔끔해서 기분이 좋았고, 방 상태도 청결해서 좋았다. 근데 개미가 너무 많아서 방을 바꿔달라고 해야했다. 카운터에 이야기 하면 남은 방 확인 후 바로 바꿔주심. 화장실은 완전 청결! 은 아니었지만 깨끗하게 쓸만했다. 어메니키는 낫굿이다. 조식을 먹지는 못했지만 호텔 자체는 완전한 갓성비였다. 다음에 기회가 있으면 한번 다 가볼만한.

It was a good stay
We enjoyed it! Staff we very friendly and hospitable! Room was clean. Food is affordable. Location is good. Lots of restos around the area. Downside: pillows. Not fluffy and comfy. Nonetheless, it was good overall.

Old mattresses...no support.
The Hotel would not allow a late check out in spite of the fact that we had booked several times in the last month or so. They charged us a full half day for a few hours.

You receive more than you pay.
Very clean hotel, modern with spacious rooms. Comfy bed. Very quiet, easy to sleep long hours. Friendly staff, very close to IT Park and a lot of restaurants. Highly recommend to all

우선 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 아이티파크안에 있고 걸어서 카지노 주변에 한국식당 다갈수 있고 아얄라 몰까지도 걸어서 15분정도 밖에 안걸립니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하며 전반적으로 매우 만족도가 높은 호텔입니다. 가격대비 최고~~

That was amazing stay. Aircon worked fine, place was spacious. Got a very comfy bed and its close to the business center. But you really need to improve your wifi speed. Overall it was a great stay.

Close to Cebu IT Park, which is great, where you can find great restaurants. But the close surrounding: there was lot of construction going on, thats why the road to the hotel looked a bit shabby... but always felt safe in this area. Room was well equipped for Cebu city. Some linen were not 100% clean and white... but otherwise great staff and service.

ITpark内で探すならオススメではあります
ITparkのシャカというハワイアンレストランの向かいのマクドナルドから一本道に入った所にあります。 昼間は全然問題ないのですが、夜は女の子一人だと危ないかもしれないので、男性に送って貰うかタクシーなどを使うのをオススメします。 すぐ近くにセブンがあるのは便利でした。 私は6Fのスィートに約１カ月程滞在しましたが、朝食も無料で朝時間ない時などはコールすれば部屋まで朝食を持って来てくれます。 たまにメニュー間違えられます。笑 (スクランブルエッグと言ったのに、サニーサイドアップ→目玉焼き。にされたり、その逆もあったり、バターとジャム忘れられたり) 私の性格上、もー時間ないしいーや。といった感じでフィリピンを受け止めてました。。。 シャワーは問題なく快適に過ごせました。 洗面所の流れ？が悪い事にスタッフが気付いてくれ工事も無料で私が留守の間に入れてくれ良かったです。 留守にあまり入られたくは無かったですが、、、 部屋に一応金庫もあります。 私は自分のキャリーケースを金庫変わりにしてした。万が一があると嫌なので、、、 それと！！向かいが工事中の為めちゃくちゃうるさくて朝目が覚めるのと、夜中のニワトリの鳴き声がたまらなくストレスでした。笑 そこまで神経質な方ではないのですが、この騒音はシンドかったです、、、笑 あと工事中のオッサンとバッチリ目があうので部屋によっては、カーテン開けれません。笑 総合していえば工事さえなければ、あと、マクドナルドからホテルまでの道がもっと治安がよさげだったら、もっと快適に過ごせただろうな、、、っていうのが本音です。 ホテル自体は悪くないので、ITpark内でホテルを探されてるならオススメです。

絶好のロケーション
チェックインの際、少々のトラブルがありましたが快適に一週間を過ごすことが出来ました。 英会話の勉強で、一週間の滞在でしたがスタッフ達も愛想がよく気持ちがよかったです。 夜中の１時以降、近隣のニワトリの鳴き声に悩まされましたが、これも慣れでした。 このロケーションで、このプライスならばおすすめのホテルだと思います。

very comfortable, quiet, clean, good amenity
great breakfast included, can choose variety, but can't choose coffee for free. Room was great, big bed, very clean, hot shower well, but no pot for hot water, no ref.

Meh. What you pay is what you get
I had to wait for an hour to be checked in. This was my 5th stay at the hotel and the previous experience was fine. This instance, they did not acknowledge my request placed under the hotels.com and they are not anticipating any guest checking. I have been bumped and my room was not available for 20 min which lasted to an hour. I need to get enough sleep because I have a hectic day ahead but I had to wait to be checked in and my room being available.Tsk!

　シャワーの水圧が弱い。お湯が出ない。 　 　周辺にいるニワトリが夜中ずっと鳴いていた。寝られん。 　レストラン（１階）のキャパが部屋数の割に少ない。（２０席弱）なので、時間がかかる。
