WELCOME TO TANCOR RESIDENTIAL SUITES We hope that you will enjoy your stay at Tancor Residential Suites, and that you will continue to stay with us when you visit Cebu. We will make each stay comfortable, pleasurable and fulfilling for you. Please read the following policies and guidelines to make your stay more comfortable with us. Upon booking, message the owner with regards your check in time and confirm. After which confirmation is set, check in time inside the office. Front Desk/Office: The Office is open from Monday to Saturday at 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Although, there will always be someone to assist your needs especially during emergency cases. Dial # 1 in the Intercom units that can be found at the Hallways in every floor. Our staff will attend to your needs as soon as possible. There may be instances our staff may not have the answer or solution to your concerns. In those instances, please leave a message or visit the office the next business day between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please bring identification as we will be checking this during check in. If you will be checking in Sunday, please come to the office by Monday and bring your identification. After you have gotten your keycard and go up to your room to freshen up, you may turn on the water heater by turning on the green button on top of the heater, this may be located at the back (where the washer is located). To turn on the refrigerator, please flip on the small switch inside the refrigerator and the refrigerator will turn on. For cleaning it is done every other day and refill of toiletries (e.g. toilet paper, towels, tooth brush) is also given this time by request. Please do take note that requests and matters are to be done within 8am to 5pm only during your stay. During checkout, please go to the office to give your keycard. On Sundays, please leave your keycard to the guard. Security: For safety and security, always keep all doors of the unit locked at all times as Tancor shall not be liable for any loss inside the units. Guests are responsible for all his/her personal belongings inside his/her respective unit. Loss of any items or wares should be reported within 24 hours to provide assistance. Guests’ visitors must register in the Security Guard’s log book. We will require your confirmation before allowing them to enter the premises. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at all times. Avoid throwing of garbage outside the window. No spitting anywhere. Schedule of garbage collection is from 7:00AM to 5:00PM daily. Free cleaning for each unit is scheduled once a week. Unscheduled cleaning will be charge P100.00 per cleaning. Guest or any of his/her representative /s must be present during the cleaning of the unit. In the absence of the guest/s or representative/s an office staff must supervise or guest/s must inform the office and give permission. Trash Rooms are located conveniently at the lower ground floor of each building. Smoking Area: Designated smoking areas can be found at the lower ground floor. Please be guided. Tranquility: Peaceful, tranquil and serene atmosphere should be observed in the leased premises, as well as, at the common areas of the residential suites. Guests are prohibited in making loud noise such as shouting, loud talking, annoying sounds brought by playing loud radio and television and other forms of noise that would disturb the peace of the premises. Swimming Pool and Gym: The Gym and the Swimming pool is a free facility provided for residents. The regulations posted in the area must be observed for your safety. Schedule: Opens 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. For assistance you may dial #1 (8am-5pm) or #5 (5pm-7am), and our staff will attend to your needs the soonest as possible. Note: Children are not allowed in the gym and pool area without adult supervision. Lost and Damages: Lost key will be charged P500 each for LESSOR cannot duplicate the kind of key; a new door knob is needed to replace the old one. Damages to any of the furnishings provided in each unit due to improper use/mishandling and carelessness will be charged accordingly. Emergency: In the event of emergencies, do not use the elevator. Individual fire exit door is located at the end of each unit or hallway. Other Rules: Upon check-in, we will require you to present your passport to our front desk or security guard, for late check-ins, for verification of your booking. We will attach the WiFi Password on the key of your room or a staff will give you the WiFi password as well. If you lose or have not receive any password, you may also approach our staff for the password. Our Intercoms are located right outside your room, at the center of the hallway. You may call the office if you have any concerns or need any assistance. You may also call the guard if you want to request for taxis. The rooms are equipped with One-Way Intercom. This is for the guards to inform you of any taxi's you have requested have arrived.

I arrived at the property and on the second day one of the employees entered my unit and stoled a brand new cell phone that l had bought for my fiance for a gift out of the closet where l put it. The management was continuasly denying that it was stolen and tried to cover up the theft. I put in a police report and demanded to view the CCTV footage but up till now l have not yet seen the recordings. I will continue to press to see the CCTV footage until l get an answer. This property can not be trusted. I will have an on going ivestgation. Dont leave any valuables in the unit if you are not there. Totally disappointed.
