"問題点 1️⃣チェックインに困った Air bnb運用者が行ってると思う、チェックinが出来ず困ってると、エントランスに居た女性が部屋の管理人の所に案内して貰った チェック前に先方と連絡をしておく必要がある 2️⃣ベッドのスプリングが痛い 3️⃣枕が臭い 4️⃣バスタオルだけしか無い フェイスタオルが欲しい 5️⃣アメニティがほとんど無し、 ① トイレットペーパーなし ② シャンプーなし ③ 歯ブラシなし ④ セーフティーボックス無し 6️⃣ 部屋のメンテナンスが悪い、 ① シャワーのお湯が出てこない ② 流しの蛇口がぐらつく ③ 後付けシャワーカーテンは落ちる Air bnbでもランクは下だと思う、 7️⃣ 良かった点は ①冷蔵庫有り ②電子レンジが有り ③電気ポット有り ④ 1階にコンビニが有る ⑤タクシーがエントランス近くに待機してる "

"3ベッドルームを予約していたので、かなり広く、それぞれのベッドルームにトイレとシャワールームがついていて、バスタブのある部屋もあり、冷蔵庫も冷凍庫と分かれたものがキッチンにあり、くつろげました。近くにガイサノカントリーモールがあり、よくお買い物にいきましたが、そこに行くまでの道のりが交通量が多いし、道が悪いかったです。 フロントもアットホームな感じで良かったです。 建物が古いのと、高級ホテルのような設備はありませんが、見栄をはらなくていい人にはおすすめです。地元の人が多いので、夜はもちろん出歩かない方がいいと思います。"

"I stayed in two bedroom apt this place needs a lot of improvements. The ac was dusty, we have to buy our own sponge and soap to wash our dirty dishes it doesn’t have any shampoo or toiletries, check in is inconvenient waited for almost an hour. We have to use the same towels total of 4 for 4 days of stay and no housekeeping and charge the dirty towels upon checked out. "

I asked one of the guard where our Room Is located, He just used his mouth/lips to point I didnt know What he was doing.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL😡Not even telling us which building our Room Is located . NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! The lady that was helping us at first ,She let us wait outside For awhile & was Really HOT so thats why we asked the guard instead STIILL NOT HELPING AT ALL !!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !!!STAFFS NEEDS TRAINING .. "

"L'appartement 710 est bien conçu et agréable. Le parking devait être gratuit il a été payant. Le service du petit déjeuner commence seulement à 8 h... pas assez de verres pour le nombre de personnes réservées.... Piscine agréable et coin fumeur."

"The unit itself has great facilities and situated in a very convenient location. The owner/caretaker is also nice. What I just don't like is they put platic sheets right under the thin bedcover...very uncomfortable. The plastic sheet is also torn into half so it moves, i couldn't sleep and their blankets are thin so you have to turn off the ac so you wont feel cold..the room slippers provided are also dirty and stinky. But the unit is nice and clean. Hotels.com doesn't also tell you that there...

"Property is new, clean, roomy. Can cook and wash clothes. This is not a hotel so you cannot arrive early and leave your luggage while you explore. The condo manager left us the wrong keys after checking in so when we returned after eating, shopping, etc. we could not get back into our room. It took about an hour for the front office to locate the condo owner/manager and her to finally arrive with the right keys. No apology for inconvenience. The drain in the master shower did not work. So water...
